Rosarita is glass slag, a byproduct of gold processing that comes in a few different colors (yellow, orange, red, blue, green even gray).
Approximately 2x1, stamped, textured and completely handmade. Bail will easily fit 5mm Navajo pearls doubled (pictured; not included).
